That's like alot of different oils but not at once the video is awesome I'll do this with chicken for sure but fish fries easily and fast at high heat the less the oil absorbs and less work but great video

if the area where the vine was attached, is green its not going to be as sweet. The vine connection should be brown and the melon should have a good sweet spot. wider stripes usually mean more sugar in the flesh. Watermelon grower in Tejas told me this
